USDA Orders Nation’s Largest Beef Recall
Explore posts in the same categories: foodLOS ANGELES (AP) — The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Sunday ordered the recall of 143 million pounds of frozen beef from a California slaughterhouse, the subject of an animal-abuse investigation, that provided meat to school lunch programs.
Officials said it was the largest beef recall in the United States, surpassing a 1999 ban of 35 million pounds of ready-to-eat meats.

A slaugherhouse is being investigated for animal abuse? That implies two things: 1. that what a normal slaughterhouse does is NOT considered abusive, and 2. that this slaughterhouse is doing way worse things than the others.
This world sucks. Why am I still alive? I need to grow a pair and just end it. This world is seriously fucked.
