That is a pregnant dog with puppies stuck in her birth canal, probably dead or dying. It’s not uncommon.

Do you have any idea what happened to that dog in the picture? It’s not clear, and I really don’t think I’d want to see a larger clearer picture.
Part of me doesn’t want to know what was done to that dog. I do know that they use dogs to practice surgery on in medical schools. Sickening.
