					<description>I've heard of other bike commuters (not in Flagstaff) keeping a little bundle of state bicycle laws with post-it type adhesive on the back, attached to their headset, and slapping the pamphlets on the windows of drivers who act illegally. Probably more endangering than empowering, but still, it would be a funny sight to see.</description>
